Name of the applicant as given in the grade card / mark list* : Name must be same as entered in the Xth certificate / grade card / mark list.After registering, name cannot be edited.So care should be taken while registering. 
Aadhaar Number * : Aadhaar number must have 12 digits as per UIDAI. 
Re-enter Aadhaar Number * : Aadhaar number must have 12 digits as per UIDAI. 
Choose Your Password* :
You should remember this password for your future login.
Password should have at least 8 characters.
Password should have: at least one upper case letter (A-Z). At least one lower case letter(a-z). At least one digit (0-9) . At least one special Characters of !@#$%&*() 
Confirm Password* :
Re-type the password same as above.
