Major Switch/College Transfer

MGU-UGP/BBA/BCA - Major Switching, College Change, and Autonomous & Inter-University Change

PHASE - I

PHASE I applies only to MGU-UGP Programmes.The Major switch shall be considered at the college level.

PHASE - II

Phase II applies to all MGU-UGP, BBA, and BCA programmes; however, the rules regarding major switching apply only to MGU-UGP programmes.

PHASE - III *

Application portal for Major switching and college transfer to MG University affiliated colleges from autonomous colleges, affiliated colleges of other universities, or other higher educational institutions

* Important Notice: This facility is for the transfer of candidates currently undergoing Four Year Under Graduate Programmes in Autonomous Colleges and Colleges affiliated to other Universities to non Autonomous Colleges affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala. Candidates from Autonomous Colleges and other Universities may apply online and follow the schedule published for the inter University transfer.
