Applicants who belong to the following categories can register fresh options
- Candidates who have not been allotted to any programme in the previous allotments.
- Candidates who have been selected on the basis of online data furnished by them and whose candidature was cancelled due to non conformity of original documents/data with the online data, at the time of admission.
- Candidates whose allotments were cancelled due to non-reporting at the colleges
- Candidates who have been taken permanent admission can also register fresh options by remitting the application fee again.
Those students who have already applied online by remitting the prescribed fee and have not secured admission need not remit the same again.
Instructions to candidates who have applied earlier and have not secured admission
- Click on the link ‘Account Creation’ and enter the previously assigned Application Number and Password
- A new application number will be generated. The newly assigned application number will be the candidate’s application number for the supplementary allotment; password remains the same
- Using the newly assigned Application Number and the existing password enter the login page and login
- Verify the personal and academic details for errors, if any, and after making necessary corrections, register new options and submit.
Candidates who are applying for the first time and those who have taken admission permanently shall follow the instructions given below:
- Click on the “Account creation” link provided in the www.cap.mgu.ac.in web page
- Fill in the minimum personal details required with utmost care.
- Create a ‘Password’. (The password will be used for all future online operations). The password created by the candidate should not be disclosed to others who may misuse it. This may result in tampering with the options and the University will not be responsible for any such eventuality.
- After the successful creation of account, you will be provided a six digit application number starting with 1. The application number will have to be retained by the candidate for all future online and offline operations.
- Pay the application fee by clicking on the “PAY NOW” button which will redirect the applicant to the Online Payment Gateway. Applicant can use Debit Card/ Credit Card or Internet Banking facility for making online payment.
- After remitting the fee, the applicant will be redirected back to the application page
- Fill in the application form with personal details, academic eligibility and the options correctly. The applicant can give upto forty options.
- After satisfying himself/herself that the details entered are correct, the applicants shall press the Final Submission Button.
- Take the print out of the confirmation page which will have to be retained by the candidate for future reference.
