Name of the applicant as given in the grade card / mark list* : Name must be same as entered in the Xth certificate / grade card / mark list.After registering, name cannot be edited.So care should be taken while registering. 
Choose Your Password* : You should remember this password for your future login.
Password should have at least 8 characters.
Password should have: at least one upper case letter (A-Z). At least one lower case letter(a-z). At least one digit (0-9) . At least one special Characters of !@#$%&*() 
Confirm Password* : Re-type the password same as above. 
Mobile Number* : Enter your mobile number with out prefixing 0 or +91.
This mobile number will be used for future communication. 
E-mail ID* : Enter your email address(optional field).
This email address will be used used for future communication. 
Date of Birth* : - - Date of birth must be same as entered in the 10th class. 
Category* : If you are eligible for SC/ST reservation, then select SC/ST category else select Others.
